OUR RECRUITMENT PROCEDURES |
| We know that no two assignments are alike and tailor our efforts accordingly through a systematic approach as enumerated below. |
Before beginning a search, the consultant updates on the client's business objectives and their industry needs. The consultant will define precisely the categories of foreign staff, the number of workers and the necessary skills and experience level needed for the client.
- Evaluate Client's Eligibility
| The consultant will evaluate the client's eligibility to recruit foreign staff and advise clients of the requirements that must be met in order to obtain approval from the relevant authorities. |

- Develop Position Specifications
Based on the information from the client, the consultant prepares a position specification and remuneration package that is reviewed and approved by the client.
- Qualifications
All candidates will have a minimum Diploma level qualification from an approved institution of the Country of Origin.
- Experience
All candidates will have minimum 2-5 years experience in their own field which ranges from child care to elderly care in the nursing industry, radiographers, x-ray specialist, medical technologist, etc. from the medical industry.
- Obtain Approval
Applications will be made to the relevant authorities to seek approval to bring in the foreign aids. We will assist in the application process and will undertake all documentation work and necessary submission to the approving authorities.
- Selection & Testing
With our extensive network of offices and contact in various countries, we will source and identify the possible candidates. They will be interviewed, assessed and medically examined in order that only the best-qualified candidates are short-listed. The short-listed candidates are presented to the client for their final approval. When requested, arrangements can be made for the clients to interview and assess the candidates personally. This however, is more economical when the recruitment exercise is for more than 10 persons from the same country of origin.
- Approved Candidates
We will make the necessary arrangements to meet and clear the candidates from the immigration checkpoints and arrange for their medical check-ups before sending them to the clients. We will also attend to all documentation relating to the application of work permit for the foreign employee.
- Follow Up Services

We will follow up to ensure that the foreign employee is performing satisfactorily and that the client continues to be satisfied with the results of our work. |
- Accommodation For Foreign Staff
For private company engaging foreign staff, RAL will source for accommodation paid for by the client. To be cost effective, RAL will arrange for group accommodation.

GUARANTEE
Should any approved candidate leave the job within one month from commencement of duties (of their own will) RAL will endeavor to offer suitable candidates to replace the person from the Keep-In-View list approved by the client without further charge to the client. Furthermore, the client shall deduct the return air ticket from the salary of the resigning candidate. |

CONFIDENTIAL INFORMATION |
| Client shall treat all information and credentials concerning candidates in the short-list provided by RAL as confidential information and not to be disclosed to third parties whatsoever. RAL shall treat all information received from client with strict confidential. |
