• Motor
  The motor is an originally developed motor. It assures a smooth cutting operation with excellent cutting
  power and low motor temperature.
   

• Automatic Oil Lubrication Device
  Oil can be supplied automatically from oil reservoir to the guide metals and cross head.
  And the internal oil guard keeps other interior parts clean.
   

• Automatic Sharpening Device
  There is an abrasive belt sharpening device. Just press down the sharpening lever,
  and the blade can be sharpened automatically to maintain the most suitable edge of the blade.
   

• Standard
  Thinner and flat type Standard makes the resistance of cutting material lower ,
  and bigger blade stroke makes cutting smoothly.
   

• Base Plate
  The base plate is low and the surface is smooth to make the material travel on it smoothly
  before and after cutting.
   

• Other
  Fan-guard and Starting switch cover are equipped for safety reason.

1. Adoption of full die-cast housing ensures lighter weight
   and easier operation.
    

2. Safety devices on switch mechanism and on pulley assure
   perfect insulation and safety to operator.
    

3. Knife sharpening device works automatically by lightly pressing
   down the sharpener lever.
   
   Tow abrasive belts of heavy duty backing, rotating in different directions,
   maintain correct pressure power and angle.
   This is the KM time-saver mechanism. It always ensure the same angle of
   the cutting edge and makes the life of knife last longer.
    

Application

Cutting of wool, cotton , knit , felt , tarpaulin, canvas, linen and
synthetic fabrics other all sorts of textile.

• Variable Speed Motor
  Original variable speed motor developed newly has realized the powerful,
  compact cutter.
  
  Motor speed is adjustable depend on the features of clothes.
  The cutter can cut thick cloth at high speed setting and
  fusible cloth at low speed setting.
   

• Motor Speed Indicator
  LED lights indicate the motor speed,
  which can be easily adjusted by Speed Control Dial.
   

• Drive Handle
  Rubber Drive Handle is equipped. It fits the hand, less vibrations,
  and is easy to operate.
   

• Other Features
  Other well known features of KM Cutters are maintained,
  such as AUTOMATIC SHARPENER capable of sharpening
  the knife quickly, low resistance STAND, and the smooth,
  low BASE PLATE.
