The price includes eye specialist consultation, eye examination and specific eye tests necessary for cataract surgery, viz. refraction studies, eye pressure checks, keratometry and A-scan biometry for calculation of lens implant power.

Price will NOT INCLUDES any additional eye tests as may be required to evaluate and diagnose other medical eye conditions found to be co-existing.

Price will also NOT INCLUDES any pre-operative medical blood tests, X-rays or e.c.g.s that may be required to ascertain medical fitness to undergo cataract surgery.

The price includes a full eye examination by our senior eye doctor, with evaluations and counselling conducted by experienced optometrist and nurses. The eye tests include:

  • Manifest Refraction
  • Cycloplegic Refraction
  • External Eye Examinations
  • Slit Lamp Biomicroscope Test
  • Detailed Dilated Fundus Examination

If your child is enrolled into the Atropine treatment program, the first prescription of Atropine eye drops will be provided. A Clearvision Eyecare book will be given free of charge.
