FirstCorp Pte. Ltd. (“FirstCorp”) is an independent provider of business and corporate secretarial advisory, planning and management services. We specialize in the formation and on-going administration of Singapore companies and offshore entities from a wide range of key jurisdictions including the British Virgin Islands, Cayman Islands, Mauritius, Netherlands Antilles, Hong Kong, Indonesia and Malaysia.

Our People

As professional service providers, we recognize that people are our greatest assets and the quality of our team would be a key determinant to our success.We have a small but growing team of professionals who have been brought together from different backgrounds and who have, behind them, many years of industry experience both locally and overseas. They offer a wide range of ideas and perspectives for our clients and are enthusiastic and highly committed to serving them. More importantly, they are people of integrity and honesty, which instills confidence in both our clients and professionals with whom we deal.

Ms Jenny Oh is the founding Partner and Director of FirstCorp. She has over 10 years of experience in offshore related work and was previously with the Trident International Trust Group, based in Hong Kong.  Upon her return to Singapore in 2001, Jenny setup and managed Fiduciary Asia Pte Ltd.  Prior to her experience in the private sector, Jenny worked for Temasek Holdings Pte Ltd (“Temasek”) from 1985 to 1995, with the last three years spent in Temasek’s Hong Kong office.  She holds an MBA with Distinction from the University of Bradford and a Bachelor’s degree in Economics and Management Studies from the University of London.

Ms Shirley Tan  is a Partner and Director in the firm. She brings with her more than 10 years of solid hands-on experience in the industry and has been extensively involved in the marketing and administration of offshore companies in key jurisdictions around the world. Prior to joining FirstCorp, Shirley was with one of the well known Offshore formation Company and had headed the offshore  secretarial department in a law firm. She graduated from the Chartered Institute of Marketing in the United Kingdom.

Ms Valerie Chua is a Corporate Secretarial Manager with FirstCorp. She is an Associate of the Institute of Chartered Secretaries & Administrators (ICSA, UK) and a member of the Singapore Association of the Institute of Chartered Secretaries & Administrators (SAICSA). She has 7 years of experience in corporate work, including 3½ years in the corporate secretarial department of Ernst & Young in Brunei Darussalam. She holds both Masters and Bachelor’s degrees in Economics from the University of Nottingham and University of Leicester respectively.
