Requirements:

  Business Analyst

Responsibilities

  • Handle general inquiries on the features and benefits of various credit advisory programme
  • Prepare the relevant documentation and reports prior to the advisory session in a timely manner
  • Apply the relevant credit and strategic management concepts for preliminary diagnosis session
  •  Undertake the analysis of companies using the relevant credit models and present to the credit advisory committee
  • Follow-up and coordinate the flow of communication (including documentation) amongst internal and external parties
  • Render support to the sales and marketing team with relevant information about the programme
  • Assist the relevant internal personnel to refine credit advisory programme features, plan and execute marketing strategies

Requirements

  • Must have basic knowledge of accounting
  • Meticulous, accurate and able to work under pressure
  • Good communication skills (written and oral)

Marketing Executive

Responsibilities

  • Handle inquiries on the features and benefits of various credit advisory programme & business education services
  • Assist in conceptualization and creation of marketing collaterals for the credit advisory programme & business education services
  • Responsible for planning, development and execution of marketing plan and activities.
  • Actively sources for new business through referral or others sources.
  • Follows up closely on renewal business. Builds and strengthens clients’ relationship

  Human Resource/Admin Officer

Responsibilities

  • Manage all matters regarding recruitment (screening resumes, liaising with internal departments and consultancy firms, coordinating interviews etc)
  • Experienced in effective HR policies in support of company’s objectives
  • Handles leave administration and medical claims
  • Assisting in administrative matters of the company
  • Responsible for accurate and timely monthly payroll, commissions, claims and other payments of the company

Requirements

  • Diploma in Human Resource Management or Business Studies
  • Able to work independently and multi task in a fast paced environment
  • Confident personality with good communications and interpersonal skills
  • Possess good organizational and analytical skills

Intern-Trainee Analyst (Financial Analysis)

Responsibilities

Assist the senior analysts in preparation of profitability, solvency, liquidity and efficiency reports of firms in Singapore and in Asia 8 industry groups: Commerce, Construction, Manufacturing, Food & Beverages, Property, Multi industry, Transportation & Finance.

Requirements

  • Must have basic knowledge of accounting
  • Fluent in Mandarin (written & spoken)
  • Willing to learn
  • Proficiency with MS Excel
  • Meticulous, accurate and able to work under pressure

Period required: June to August, September to December 06 (minimum 1 month, maximum 3 months)
