Terms of Book Sales
1.   Upon confirmation of purchase, customer will be sent an email to inform him/her of the book purchase.

2.  Customer is required to check their email and verify the order information.  If any discrepancy is found, Customer is advised to contact the bookstore immediately.

3.  A sales staff will contact customer to confirm delivery timing and order contents upon receiving the sales order via the system.

Policies for ANA bookstore
1.   Customers are only allowed to purchase the books; no rental service of books is available.

2.   Books once bought cannot be returned for a refund after 3 days of the delivered date of  the books to customer premises. All book exchange must be done within 3 days of delivery date
