ANA Book Store is situated in Orchard Road, Singapore. It is a local bookstore catering to the needs of the surrounding community. It sells only computer-based (information technology) books. The bookstore was set-up quite recently in August 2002. It has an owner and 2 full time staffs running the bookstore daily from Mondays to Saturdays. It is closed on Sundays and Public Holidays.

Q1. How do I search for a book?
A1. At the home page, just key in the information you require to know at the “Search for Book:“. You may choose the radio buttons to search by title, author or ISBN. Click Go.

Q2. How I will know the order is confirmed?
A2. An email order confirmation will be sent to you.

Q3. How about delivery of the books and order verification?
A3. A sales staff will contact you upon receiving the order.

Q4. Can I cancel the order if I do not require the confirmed book(s)?
A4. You can call our enquiry hotline and a sales staff will assist you accordingly on this issue.

Q5. Is it possible to modify the quantity of books in the shopping cart?
A5. You can use the plus and minus signs to modify the cart quantity.

Q6. How do I know that my order has been received by the system?
A6. An email will be sent to you confirming the order.

Q7. Is there any proof of order for the online purchase?
A7. The email sent to you confirming the order will contain a link for the invoice.

Q8. Is it possible to print out the order invoice?
A8. Yes your computer browser should be able to print out the invoice of your order.
